Nana Yaw Asante, a distinguished geologist armed with an MSc. Geological Engineering degree from the University of Mines and Technology in Tarkwa, Ghana, embodies the spirit of excellence in mineral exploration. With a career spanning over 15 years, Nana Yaw has amassed a treasure trove of international experience, leaving his mark in both greenfield and brownfield mineral exploration across six countries.
Previously, Nana Yaw devoted four years to Golden Star Resources (NYSE: GSS, TSX: GSC) , Ghana, where he excelled as a Senior Exploration Geologist, managing multiple drilling programs with finesse. Prior to that, his career highlights include a four-year tenure with Avocet Mining Plc (LSE: AVM, OSE: AVM), Guinea during a critical phase of resource expansion.
